Aspire is seeking dependable, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Dane County. No prior ABA experience? No problem -- we provide full, paid training to get you certified. Because we are a unique, multidisciplinary clinic, youโ€™ll work alongside and learn from experts in ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Aspire, you are a vital member of a new and growing team who delivers 1:1 treatment for our clients (kids!). You will directly support the success and development for our clients and their families. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

Aspire was founded in 2015 by a clinician with the goal of providing speech therapy to families. Through feedback from families, additional service lines were added including OT, PT, Mental Health, feeding and pelvic floor services. In 2026, based on continued feedback, we are expanding to also offer ABA services to families in home, community, and our centers in Dane County. We are dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive, clinical services to help support families succeed.

What We Need From You:
  • Age: 18+ years required.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Dependability: Reliability is crucial for childrenโ€™s success.

  • Engaging: Your time will be spent positively engaging with children who need your support.
  • Communication: Session notes will need to be professional and complete, and your team will need to hear from you in a timely manner.
  • Availability: Full-time, consistent availability (30+ hours, Monday - Friday).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, assist with client needs, perform various physical postures (sitting, kneeling, standing, getting up from floor) as needed for client safety.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, Google Docs, data entry).
  • Reliable transportation.
