The Senior Manager, Clinical Informatics leads a specialized team within the Clinical Informatics organization responsible for the delivery and ongoing support of assigned clinical content, terminology, analytics, AI-enabled, and other informatics initiatives. This role is accountable for team performance, execution, quality, resource planning, and operational outcomes within the area of responsibility. The Senior Manager translates department strategy and priorities into team-level plans, ensures successful execution of projects and operational commitments, and develops team capabilities. Working within the Clinical Informatics Leadership Team and with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and business stakeholders, this role focuses on delivering high-quality results through effective leadership and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAll candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship or relocation is available for this position.
This position offers the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office/work‑from‑home model. If located in DFW area, the selected candidate may be expected to work on‑site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in‑office days may be designated according to team needs and business priorities.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position $134,700 - $224,500
