Overview

With continuous advancement in patient care, health care workers with training in the latest technology and best practices are in constant demand. The Harper College Health Careers Division prepares students for a career in a variety of health settings, from hospitals and clinics, to nursing homes and community-based organizations.

The CAHIIM-accredited Health Information Technology program prepares diverse, active learners equipped with the technical, collaborative, and communications skills required to meet the evolving needs of the workforce as entry-level health information professionals through quality and equitable instruction.

Schedule Information: Classes are Online. Occasional meetings on campus in Palatine, IL for ongoing education and program planning with faculty, staff and HIT program stakeholders.
