  • Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
  • Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for various tests as necessary.
  • Meticulously document lab processes, guide new staff or students, and uphold our exceptional quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment, adhering strictly to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications Needed
  • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
  • Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
