Job Summary:

The Technical Program Manager I coordinates with customer engineering teams to define AI server and rack system requirements, including architecture, thermal, and power specifications. Manages the full NPI lifecycle from design through mass production, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. Leads cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues, proactively identifies and mitigates risks, and supports business development through technical expertise and customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate closely with customer engineering teams to define AI server and rack system architecture, including thermal and power requirements.
  • Manage the full NPI lifecycle, from design and prototype builds through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production, ensuring key milestones are met and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Taipei R&D and factory operations, to resolve technical issues and execution gaps.
  • Identify technical risks early, such as liquid cooling leakage or thermal performance issues, and implement mitigation plans with regular progress updates.
  • Support the Business Development team in engineering discussions, preparing technical proposals, and providing professional guidance during customer visits to labs or production sites.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Entry level role; 0 - 2 years of experience.
  • Server product development, AI server and rack system integration, NPI program management, cross-functional coordination, and technical issue resolution across R&D and manufacturing teams.
  • Basic understanding of server architecture, thermal design, power systems, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong project tracking, risk management, and cross-team communication skills.
  • Ability to support customer technical discussions and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Bilingual language skills in Chinese and English is a plus but not required.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to occasionally walk, bend, or reach while supporting office and facility operations.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements when handling office supplies, documents, or computer equipment.
  • Work performed primarily in an office or facility environment with regular interaction with employees and visitors.
