Position: Supply Chain Temp/Intern
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Estimated Duration: 2 Months

Position SummaryWe are looking for a temporary support for two months. Interns are welcomed! This position supports the procurement and supply chain team by assisting with purchase order, purchase requests, production and materials control, logistics tracking, data reporting, and documentation. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and coordination to ensure timely material availability and smooth supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Create, track, and update purchase orders or requests in the system.
  • Maintain procurement, inventory, and supplier data in the system.
  • Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with POs and receiving records.
  • Support system process for the team by assisting receiving and stock-in.
  • Assist production and materials control, such as distribution, create work orders, etc.
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
