Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 5–6 days per week, typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour (base + bonus), weekly pay, mileage reimbursement


Position Overview

A leading home improvement company is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Marketers. In this role, you'll work directly in local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, introducing them to our products and services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

If you enjoy being outdoors, talking with people, and earning performance-based bonuses, this is an excellent opportunity to build valuable communication skills while earning competitive pay.

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.


What You'll Do

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our products and services
  • Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
  • Schedule qualified in-home appointments for our sales team
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Learn current products, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Utilize mobile technology to record leads and appointments

Schedule
