Entry Level Production Associate
Pay: $15 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Location: Strongsville
Job Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
We are hiring Entry Level Production Associates for 1st shift manufacturing openings in our Strongsville and Olmsted Falls facilities. This is a hands-on production role with steady daytime hours, training provided, and opportunities to grow with a reputable manufacturing company.
This is a great fit for dependable candidates who enjoy physical work, can stay on task in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to build experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts and components according to work instructions
  • Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Meet daily production goals as part of a team
  • Assist with other assembly, packaging, or production tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong attendance and reliability
