What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department by:

  • Greeting customers and building lasting relationships
  • Listening to customer concerns and documenting service needs
  • Communicating repair recommendations and service updates
  • Coordinating vehicle repairs with technicians and service teams
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish
  • Helping customers maintain their vehicles while building trust and loyalty
  • Learning the dealership service process through hands-on training and mentorship

What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
