What You will Do:

As an Intel Operations – Analyst, you will support investigative operations by collecting, verifying, analyzing, and documenting information through multiple intelligence channels. This position combines phone-based verification, digital investigations, background research, and analytical reporting into one dynamic role. It is ideal for detail-oriented, computer-savvy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy investigative work that makes a measurable impact.

• Conducting outbound phone calls to facilities and contacts to verify information and obtain records

• Establishing rapport quickly and professionally to gather accurate information

• Performing social media investigations and web-based research to positively identify subjects and collect relevant online data

• Reviewing databases, public records, claim files, courthouse records, and other resources to assemble comprehensive subject histories

• Conducting background investigations using available investigative tools and platforms

• Compiling clear, detailed, and professional investigative reports

• Organizing and maintaining accurate, confidential case documentation

• Utilizing Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools to track and document findings

• Managing multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines

• Communicating professionally with clients, facilities, and internal team members

• Following investigative protocols and maintaining strict legal and ethical standards

• Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality results

NOTE: This role will involve consistent outbound phone activity as well as focused digital research and analysis throughout the workday.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• College degree preferred

• Familiarity with insurance and/or medical terminology preferred

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office Suite

• Proficiency in web navigation, particularly social media platforms and online databases

• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple browser-based tools and research platforms

• Must be able to work independently, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Flexibility and effective time management are required

• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime required

• Regular, predictable, and full attendance, as assigned, is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to travel and work the required schedule.
