What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and support.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match customers with insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
  • Support marketing campaigns through calls, emails, direct mail, and presentations.
