ROLE DESCRIPTION:Derek Knepper - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Entry level position for insurance sales and service. Licensing would need to be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
