Job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support both digital marketing initiatives and in-person brand experiences across our organization. This role plays a key part in executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating events, supporting field marketing efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This position offers hands-on exposure to integrated marketing strategy, campaign execution, community engagement, and event management, with opportunities for continued growth and increased ownership over time.

In this role, you will partner closely with internal teams and field leadership to support local marketing needs, coordinate events and office initiatives, assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking, and help strengthen brand presence both digitally and in person. Travel will be required to support events, office openings, community partnerships, and other field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support digital marketing initiatives (local campaigns, paid media support, social, email, and website updates)
  • Own and support marketingrelated events, including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and postevent followup
  • Travel as needed to support events, field initiatives, office openings, community partnerships, and other inperson marketing efforts
  • Partner with internal teams and field leadership to support local marketing needs and events
  • Assist with campaign planning, coordination, and performance tracking
  • Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, event logistics, and vendor coordination as needed
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, event outcomes, reviews/reputation metrics, and key KPIs
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing touchpoints, including event materials and onsite presence
  • Support new initiatives, pilots, and process improvements within the marketing function
