Overview
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one Paychex product. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
  • Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of Paychex P&C/Workers comp
  • taking calls via an inbound call queue, making outbound calls to clients and working as liaison with the Internal teams & carriers to resolve client issues
  • May also conducting research for clients as well as manage emails, faxes, and reports.
  • 4 - 8 weeks of Property and Casualty /Workers comp training and job shadowing.

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree - Preferred

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $18.00/Hr Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
