Job Summary
We're hiring an entry-level Large Format Sign/ Utility Assembly Worker on our plant floor who, in a small workgroup, be responsible for steps in the manufacturing process of creating cutting edge signs and plastics for brands you recognize. Specifically, will perform lamination, slitting, and various QA measurements and documentation associated with each material and piece handled.
What Success Looks Like
  • Able to setup, operate, teardown manual and semi-automatic equipment
  • Examine job orders to determine details such as part number, quantity, materials and production times.
  • Set up and run assigned machines to varying specifications and materials.
  • Stage materials and load/unload tables with materials
  • Review, examine, and inspect products for defects/flaws.
  • Deliver materials to production lines
  • Act as a substitute in other production areas and fill in for various positions and roles
  • Regular attendance and the ability to work overtime on short notice

Work Environment
This job operates in a production environment. This role is standing, moving, bending, walking, reaching, lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling and turning.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior laminating experience helpful
Required Skills include:
  • Must be capable of regularly lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 75lbs. assisted.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to follow, understand and execute direction as given to you by your supervisor.
  • Adaptability and flexibility with a self-starting mentality.
