Location: Onsite - Brownwood, TX


Competitive Compensation: Starting at21.00 per hour, with an additional 1.00 per hour for nightshifts.


Shift Needed: 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 2-2-3rotating schedule.

We are looking to fill a Material Preparation position in our Plastics Department. Thisposition will be based at our Brownwood, TX location,where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, includingluxury bathtubs and toilets.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

  • Mix various raw materials from resin mixes according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions. 

  • Selects, cuts, and organizes acrylic sheet stock utilizing daily production schedule and according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions. 

  • Operates PIV according to specific guidelines. 

  • Distributes raw materials, supplies, or component parts to appropriate production areas. Assemble kits for production floor. 

  • Maintains work area in a safe, clean and organized condition. 

  • Maintains accurate accountability of raw materials and production supplies. 

  • Operates powered hand tools and specialized manufacturing equipment safely and according to standard operating instructions.

  • Must be able to safely operate PIV.  Must obtain driver's license through driver training as required. 

  • Performs all duties as assigned by supervision.
