Responsibilities
  • Manage parts setup in SAP to support new launches, promotions, and custom products.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of parts setup.
  • Work closely with product managers, manufacturing engineers, and other stakeholders to gather key information.
  • Track products through the process from change request to SAP setup and field communication.
  • Learn and follow established documentation processes.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently.
Required Skills
  • Associate degree minimum, Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 0–2+ years of administrative/office experience (entry-level acceptable, 2+ years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Comfortable using software scripts (not developing, just executing).
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • MS Excel (2–4 years, intermediate level) – ability to work with formulas, formatting, and basic functions.
  • MS Office (2–4 years, intermediate level).
  • Strong ownership of tasks (tracking, execution, escalations).
  • Technical Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
