The Digital Marketing Coordinator provides essential operational and executional support to the Digital Marketing team, ensuring reliable, on-time, and accurate delivery of digital marketing activities. This role manages content and social media scheduling, stages marketing emails and blog posts for deployment, and executes list management and data hygiene tasks. The coordinator works closely with the Program Manager and Specialist to maintain campaign calendars, uphold quality standards, and keep day-to-day marketing operations running smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone early in their digital marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the full B2B martech stack.
This is a full time, hybrid Digital Marketing Coordinator role located in Brentwood, TN. This position is in office on Tuesday and Wednesday.
What You'll Do
• Content Scheduling: Manage and maintain the social media publishing calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), scheduling approved content.
• Email & Landing Page Staging: Build, stage, and QA marketing emails and landing pages in HubSpot, ensuring accurate formatting, links, personalization tokens, and compliance with brand and legal standards prior to review and deployment.
• List Management & Data Hygiene: Execute list pulls, uploads, segmentation, suppression list maintenance, and routine data hygiene tasks in HubSpot and Salesforce
• Campaign Calendar Maintenance: Maintain the centralized campaign calendar updating statuses, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure cross-functional visibility.
• Quality Assurance: Perform pre-send and pre-publish QA checks on emails, landing pages, blog posts, and social posts - verifying links, images, copy accuracy, UTM parameters, and compliance elements.
• Reporting Support: Pull standard reports and assist the Specialist with data collection for dashboards and performance summaries.
• Asset Coordination: Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries (images, templates, documents) in SharePoint and HubSpot.
• Process Documentation: Help document SOPs, checklists, and workflow guides for recurring marketing operations tasks.
• Ad Hoc Support: Provide operational support for events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related coordination/support role.
• Internship or entry-level experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment.
