Job description

Responsibilities
  • Maintain full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions with a focus on experienced and entry level CDL Class A Drivers
  • Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment and traditional passive candidate sourcing while continuously innovating new ways to attract talent
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with managers on job postings, talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best practices
  • Maintain/update applicant database and provide reports as requested such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking, and other recruiting based data as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on a variety of projects and initiatives
  • Attend and plan networking events, presentations, and other industry related career fairs that will occasionally be outside of normal working hours

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Experience identifying, engaging and recruiting passive candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
