In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to customers-guiding them from initial evaluation through successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction. Working closely with sales and technical engineering teams, you'll ensure customers get the most out of their investment while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support for installation, licensing, and compliance-related questions.
  • Manage and resolve technical support cases efficiently, collaborating across teams to deliver prompt solutions.
