Join Our Team as a Part-Time Customer Success Specialist – Make a Difference in the Financial Education Industry!

Ready to elevate your customer service career while supporting high-achieving financial professionals? We’re seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic team that empowers financial advisors and wealth managers through advanced certifications and training. With a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week—primarily mornings and afternoons—you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to members participating in specialized programs like CIMA®, CPWA®, and RMA®. Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $24 to $26.50 an hour and the opportunity to work remotely after a brief in-office training period.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar databases is a plus (training provided)
