What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Manage lead intake, routing, and follow-up within CRMs.
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead data to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help optimize CRM workflows, automations, and processes to improve efficiency and response times.
  • Support sales and operations teams by coordinating communication and tracking customer activity.
  • Generate reports and provide insights that help improve performance and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or CRM administration.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
