To thrive as an Entry Level Creative Technologist, you need a foundational understanding of digital design, programming (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and a relevant degree or portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving skills. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping platforms (e.g., Figma or Sketch), and basic web development frameworks is typically expected. As an Entry Level Creative Technologist, you’ll often act as a bridge between design and development teams. You’ll work closely with designers to translate creative concepts into interactive prototypes or digital experiences, ensuring that technical feasibility is considered from the outset. Collaboration with developers is frequent, as you’ll help implement front-end features or experiment with new technologies to enhance user experience. Open communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from both sides are key to thriving in this collaborative environment.

We've intentionally brought together a mix of designers, writers, producers, and creators from different backgrounds, cultures, and points of view, because better work comes from diverse voices challenging each other.

We're looking for people who love what they do, value different perspectives, and are excited to roll up their sleeves to help push our creative even further.

  • Develop drafts of designs that follow established guidelines and creative direction.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative as a self-starter, actively seeking solutions to design challenges.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with peers across various disciplines and practices, including account management, planning, production, media, and other creative specialists.
  • Actively ask for and incorporate feedback, making necessary revisions to evolve your work and accommodate internal stakeholders and client input.
  • Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage team expectations.
  • Work closely with producers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Experience that contributes to success:
  • Entry-level to 2 years of experience in a design role, internship, or relevant academic projects demonstrating design capability.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing foundational design skills and creativity.
  • Design Fundamentals: Proficiency in Motion/Video and Graphic Design. Relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.) and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Socially Savvy: You live and breathe social media and keep up with trends.
  • Problem Solver: A natural curiosity and ability to approach design challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Eagerness to work in a team environment, give and receive constructive feedback, and contribute to a positive creative culture.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to articulate design choices and collaborate with teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, be detail-oriented, keep tidy files, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
