Job Summary
The Grill Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to Klavon’s standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform efficiently during peak rushes, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and accurately execute orders, including modifications and allergy requests
  • Cook all food items to proper temperature and presentation standards
  • Prepare sandwiches, salads, burgers, wraps, appetizers, and grill items
  • Open and close the station properly and complete required checklists
  • Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and sanitary workstation
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate food products
  • Learn and follow all food portions, recipes, and cooking methods
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with food prep during slow periods
  • Complete cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks as needed
  • Take full ownership of the quality of products served

Qualifications
