Contractor Scheduler Agents

Universal Language Service, Inc. is looking for entry-level Contractor Scheduler Agents. This is a long-term contract opportunity with competitive US-based hourly pay.

Job Details:

  • MON - FRI and Weekends: 6AM - 3PM PST with an hour lunch break 1PM - 10PM PST with an hour lunch break

Good attention to detail. Previous CRM Salesforce experience a huge plus. Heavy customer service experience making outbound calls to interpreters and to requesters. Previous dispatching experience a plus. Customer service experience making heavy outbound calls daily. Medical scheduling a huge plus.

Minimum Requirements:

  • English proficiency
  • High School completed
