Staff Accountant - entry level!

Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances as needed.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions when necessary.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist with inventory accounting, costing analysis, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
