Job Overview:
ITRADE Innovations is seeking an entry-level Concierge Security Analyst with a focus on modern cryptography to join our innovative security team. This role combines foundational technical knowledge in secure certificate management with strong client service skills to support our enterprise customers' security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and managing digital certificates and quantum encryption protocols
  • Provide dedicated concierge-level support for certificate lifecycle management
  • Monitor certificate deployments and alert clients of potential issues or expirations
  • Support security assessments focusing on PKI infrastructure
  • Help maintain documentation for secure certificate implementation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate encryption solutions within existing security frameworks
  • Assist in delivering client training on certificate management best practices

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 0-2 years experience in IT security or related field
