About Us

We are a fast-growing sales and marketing company that partners with leading service providers to support small and medium-sized businesses through direct, face-to-face outreach. Our team focuses on consultative presentations, business education, and building long-term client relationships. We work directly with decision makers to help businesses leverage our services to improve efficiency, visibility, and growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Account Representative to support our business development and client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will meet in person with small and mid-sized business owners, assess their needs, and guide them through our business solutions. This position is relationship-driven and educational, not cold calling or telemarketing. All meetings are conducted through scheduled or assigned territory outreach.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Responsibilities

  • Present our business services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
  • Build and manage client accounts, including follow-up and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate notes, account activity, and client documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Support ongoing B2B outreach campaigns and business initiatives
  • Participate in weekly training to strengthen sales, account management, and business development skills

What We Provide

  • Weekly pay consisting of uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
  • Paid training in B2B sales, account management, and professional communication
  • Travel and networking opportunities
  • Clear advancement into leadership and management roles
  • Monthly and quarterly recognition programs

What Helps You Stand Out

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, customer service, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, positive, and business-focused mindset
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and coachable
  • Full-time availability and reliable transportation

Why This Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business owners, wants hands-on experience in account management, and is looking for long-term growth in B2B sales. If you are confident, personable, and eager to learn, this position offers a clear path to advancement and strong earning potential.
