What You'll Do
Generate Opportunities
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to homeowners
  • Engage prospects and identify potential needs
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
Drive Performance
  • Maintain high call activity (20–30+ calls per hour)
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Follow proven scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversations
Stay Organized
  • Accurately document activity and customer information in our CRM
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality appointment handoffs
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout the customer journey
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: Optional 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
