Title of Position – Executive Chef


Job Description: The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading all culinary operations for a flagship multi-concept food and beverage location. This role will oversee menu execution, kitchen systems, food quality, prep standards, sanitation, ordering, inventory, and overall back-of-house performance. The Executive Chef will train, coach, and develop culinary team members while creating accountability around consistency, speed, cleanliness, and presentation. This position will manage food cost, waste control, vendor communication, product quality, and operational efficiency. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with leadership on menu development, seasonal offerings, and systems that can support future growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can stay engaged in daily production while maintaining a strategic view of culinary operations.
