CNC Machine Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: Santa Fe Springs
Pay: DOE
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Available

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, and working with precision measuring instruments to produce high-quality aerospace components that meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to work instructions and blueprints.
  • Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production.
  • Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
  • Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Follow all aerospace quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of CNC machine operating experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
