We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will independently set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce complex, high-tolerance parts. You will interpret blueprints, perform rigorous quality inspections, and ensure all production targets are met safely and efficiently. 

**Qualified Candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $1000!

Key Responsibilities
•    Programming & Setup: Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code/M-code). Set up, adjust, and fixture mills and lathes to strict specifications. 
•    Monitor machine operation to ensure efficient performance and consistent product quality.
•    Blueprint Reading: Analyze complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and work orders to determine the optimal machining sequence. 
•    Machining & Monitoring: Load raw materials, monitor feeds and speeds, and observe machine operations to ensure quality cutting and shaping. 
Qualifications & Requirements
•    Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist, Programmer, or Setup Operator preferred
•   Basic knowledge of CNC machining concepts and tooling.
•   Experience working with titanium or precision metal components is preferred.
•    Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Trade/vocational school certification or completion of a recognized apprenticeship is preferred.
