Partners Professional is currently assisting our client seeking a Clerical Assistant supporting their Human Resources department. This role will perform several functions and tasks including data entry, filing (electronic, hard copy), scanning, emailing, phone support, reporting and other tasks as needed. Additionally, the selected candidate will have responsibility in compliance screenings, such as DOT, Criminal, and drug screenings. It will be on site and offered with flexibility Monday thru Friday with set hours of 8:30-5:00 daily. This position will be a temp-to-hire role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years work history in an office and clerical role, preferably in Human Resources
- MS Work, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong Data Entry skills -required.
- Communication skills-Verbal, Written, in person
- Punctual, reliable and good attendance
- Ability to multi-task and complete in a timely, efficient manner
- Being Service and Support oriented
