Job description

tion Position Summary: Our store retail associates help maintain an appealing sales floor and provide world-class customer service to shoppers on the sales floor and at the register. You'll need to learn about our mission and programs, enjoy talking to and helping people, and love seeing shoppers find great deals! This is an excellent entry-level role at a Goodwill store and is eligible for incentive pay based on a combination of the store's and your performance.

Position Duties:

  1. Provide world-class customer service to shoppers on the sales floor and at the register.
  2. Process sales at the register.
  3. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
  4. Stock sales floor with processed clothing, housewares, electronics, shoes, and accessories in accordance with established guidelines.
  5. Remove items from the sales floor at the conclusion of their rotation cycle.
  6. Other duties, as assigned.
