Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Case Analyst to join our growing Case Management team. This position is responsible for managing client cases, maintaining accurate documentation, communicating with clients, and supporting the preparation and processing of immigration-related documentation.

The ideal candidate is organized, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in case management, immigration services, legal support, or operations. Comprehensive training will be provided.


Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client cases throughout the processing lifecycle.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing case updates and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Effectively communicate with current clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Review client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
  • Request, organize, and maintain all required client documents and records.
  • Assist in the preparation, drafting, and review of case-related forms, letters, applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to employment-based immigration programs, including H-2B and EB visas.
  • Conduct research to support case preparation and documentation requirements.
  • File applications, permits, and supporting documents accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM and case management systems.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient case processing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and other communications regarding case status.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, administrative support, case processing, office administration, legal support, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn CRM, document management, and case management systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
