Job Title: AssemblerJob Description

The Assembler performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to build knife components into completed products. This role uses hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks, learns and rotates through all stations by the end of training, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area while following established safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repetitive workstation or assembly line operations to assemble knife components into finished knives.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks according to production standards.
  • Learn and competently perform all assembly stations by the end of the training period.
  • Work with small parts and handle them with care and precision throughout the assembly process.
  • Follow multiple-step assembly procedures accurately and consistently.
  • Meet daily production numbers and contribute to a results-driven manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain the work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Follow prescribed safety regulations and demonstrate safety-minded behavior on the production floor.
  • Stay focused and on task in a fast-paced environment with intense deadlines in certain departments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
  • Perform other assembly and production duties as assigned by leadership.
