Job description

If you’ve worked in assembly, or another hands-on production environment and enjoy detail-driven work then this assembly associate position is the perfect fit. This assembly associate role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience—whether from manufacturing, jewelry making, or other precision-based work. 
 
This full time, temp-to-hire assembly associate role offers growth opportunities, quarterly bonus, and long-term stability with a leading manufacturer. In this role, you’ll work with precision components, assembling and repairing wax molds using specialized tools. 
 
Assembly Associate Job Duties:
  • Assemble wax patterns by following step-by-step work instructions
  • Inspect parts for defects such as cracks or imperfections and perform minor repairs
  • Use hand tools and hot pencils to complete assembly tasks
  • Measure and verify parts meet size and quality specifications
  • Handle fragile materials carefully to maintain product integrity
 
Schedule: Train on swing shifts, move to compressed weekend shift after training 
  • Swing: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm 
  • Compressed Weekend shift: Friday - Sunday, 4am-4:30pm 
 
Pay: $22-$24hr
 
Assembly Associate Requirements:
  • Experience in assembly and/or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work with small, delicate parts with good attention to detail
  • Able to follow written instructions or diagrams
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodations
