Job Summary

i2k Defense is seeking reliable, high-energy Warehouse Assembly Associates to join our team in Azusa for a high-priority project. This is a physically demanding role that requires "industrial athletes" who can perform heavy manual labor, work effectively in teams, and follow direct operational instructions to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual Assembly: Perform the physical assembly of large-scale inflatable structures and components according to supervisor instructions.

  • Team Lifting: Coordinate with team members to safely lift, move, and stage heavy industrial materials and finished products.

  • Industrial Packing: Securely pack and crate heavy items for transport, ensuring all components are accounted for and protected.

  • Material Handling: Load and unload trailers and stage materials within the facility to support continuous assembly flow.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a zero-accident environment.

Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift.

  • Instruction-Ready: Ability to take direct verbal and written instructions from the Plant Manager and execute tasks with precision.

  • Team Player: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where safety and coordination are paramount.

  • Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and a "head on your shoulders" for solving basic manual assembly challenges.
