Join a growing manufacturing team as a 1st shift Loader/Packer, where you will monitor automated packaging equipment, perform light packing tasks, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. This role involves repetitive but straightforward work that you can learn quickly, with clear processes, supportive teammates, and opportunities for growth and pay progression.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment to ensure it operates correctly and consistently.

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area by following established housekeeping and safety procedures.
  • Change film rolls and bags on packaging equipment as needed to keep production running smoothly.
  • Handle bottles coming down the line by grabbing four bottles at a time, placing them into boxes, and positioning the boxes on the automatic palletizer.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all site-specific procedures, including appropriate use of personal protective equipment.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all attendance, break, and overtime requirements to support consistent production schedules.

Essential Skills

  • 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience.

  • Experience with loading activities, such as loading trailers or storage areas.
  • Familiarity with material handling tools and processes, including pallet jacks and basic material movement.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Capability to work safely in a GMP environment, including adherence to cleanliness and attire requirements.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting with light products and no heavy lifting.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work a consistent Tuesday–Saturday schedule on 1st shift.
  • Willingness to work occasional mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Comfort working in a facility that can become warm during summer months.
  • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset, with a focus on safety and quality.

Why Work Here?
