Job Title: Light Fixture Assembler

Location: North Miami, FL (Warehouse)
We are a well-established Lighting Manufacturer in Miami with over 10 years in business. We design and build high-end, fully customizable chandeliers and art lighting turning glass and metal into beautiful lighting fixtures. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Light Fixture Assembler to join our team immediately at our North Miami warehouse.
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Light Fixture Assembler to manually assemble electrical cables and lighting components. This role involves cutting, stripping, soldering, crimping, and terminating wires according to specifications, as well as final assembly, quality inspection, packing, and shipping of finished lighting products.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical cables and wiring harnesses for light fixtures by cutting, stripping, connecting, and terminating wires
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions
  • Perform soldering, crimping, and proper wire routing
  • Install connectors, heat shrink tubing, and other components
  • Inspect finished assemblies and glass components for quality and defects
  • Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Palletize boxes and assist with light warehouse duties (lifting boxes typically under 25 lbs)
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, soldering, and crimping (preferred)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to read measurements and follow technical instructions
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude (handyman skills a plus)
  • Able to lift boxes, palletize, and move merchandise
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical school certification is a plus but not required

  • Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour ($660 per week gross for 40 hours)
  • Full-time position Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit (ADP)
  • Schedule: Monday Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
