Job Title: Live-In Nanny
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: Half-day

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)
  • 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)
  • Private bedroom and bathroom provided

About the Family:
A warm and active family in Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to care for their three young boys. The two older children attend school Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is nurturing, energetic, and attentive, with a genuine passion for working with young children. They are capable of balancing structure with creativity and are comfortable becoming an integral part of a busy family's daily life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare children for school each morning (dressing, breakfast, packing essentials)
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and overall care of all three children.
  • Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
  • Engage children in reading, singing, and creative play
  • Establish strong, nurturing relationships with the children
  • Maintain consistent routines and schedules
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
  • Clean up after the children (meals, play areas, bedrooms, etc.)
  • Assist with light general household cleaning, particularly during travel periods
  • Assist with light pet care when needed

Travel Requirements:
  • Summer travel to the Hamptons for approximately 8 weeks
  • Additional occasional travel as needed
