Trillium Family Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. You will have access to our online client management system, which streamlines scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients, enabling you to focus more on therapy and less on administrative tasks.

• Establish a supportive and trusting relationship with clients to facilitate effective counseling.
• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans to address individual needs.
• Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on techniques from various therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and ensure the highest level of care.
• Provide referrals to specialists when necessary, helping clients access additional resources and support.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest best practices in therapy.

• An active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy is preferred, demonstrating your capability in various therapeutic techniques.
• You should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients through teletherapy, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach during virtual sessions.
