Job description

We are looking for an experienced A&D Sales Representative to build and grow relationships within the architecture and design community. This role is focused on specification-driven sales and is ideal for someone who already understands the A&D world, enjoys relationship-based selling, and has experience working with architects, designers, and builders.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who already knows how to navigate the A&D space, conduct presentations and CEUs, and maintain long-term client relationships that drive product specifications.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and design firms
  • Drive product specifications through the A&D community
  • Schedule and conduct client visits, lunch & learns, CEUs, and product presentations
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of active projects and opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience from specification through execution
  • Represent premium products with professionalism and industry expertise
  • Develop territory growth through consistent relationship management and follow-up

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working directly within the A&D (Architect & Design) community
  • Specification sales experience
  • Existing relationships within the architecture, interior design, or builder community
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Professional, self-motivated, and relationship-driven personality
  • Ability to manage schedules, client meetings, and territory development independently

Compensation
