A well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Everett is hiring for multiple entry-level and experienced aerospace production roles, including Masking, Racking, Paint Assistant, NDT, and other production opportunities. Whether you're looking for a day, swing, or night shift position, there are a variety of openings available to match your skills and schedule.

No aerospace experience? No problem! Many of these opportunities offer hands-on training and are a great way to get your foot in the door with a growing aerospace company.

This company manufactures and finishes high-quality components used in commercial aircraft. They are known for their supportive team environment, strong safety culture, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Entry Level Aerospace Job Duties:
  • Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift
  • Able to lift and move materials throughout the workday
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively 
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the aerospace industry
 
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
 
Pay:
  • 1st shift pay $20.77 per hour
  • 2nd shift pay $20.77 + $1.00 shift differential=$21.77
  • 3rd shift pay $20.77 + $1.50 shift differential=$22.27
 
Entry Level Aerospace Requirements:
  • 6+ months of recent work experience
  • Ability to pass a basic math and reading comprehension test
  • Capable of lifting up to 40+ lbs
  • Comfortable working in a production and blasting environment
