The U.S. Aerospace, Defense and Government Services team provides M&A advisory, capital raising and principal finance solutions to corporate and sponsor clients globally. What role will you play?

The Vice President in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Services group will be involved in all aspects of transaction origination and execution. You will be responsible for leading and engaging in client discussions and business development activities, managing transaction processes, coordinating deal teams, taking part in deal structuring and negotiations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory services to corporate and financial sponsor clients. Key responsibilities include communicating Aerospace, Defense and Government market dynamics and transaction activity to clients and internal stakeholders, and overseeing the preparation of valuation materials, financial models and presentations. The VP manages due diligence processes, interfaces with legal, accounting, and transaction counterparties, and maintains rigorous control over timelines and deliverables. The VP will work on cross functional teams that include Macquarie Capital's direct lending, principal investment and other industry sector teams.
Salary range for this position: $260,000 - $275,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
