The team has executed over $25 billion in M&A advisory transactions since inception, providing services to both corporate and sponsor clients globally.The VP will be involved in all aspects of transaction origination and execution, serving as a senior member of deal teams across M&A advisory, capital raising, and principal finance solutions.Key responsibilities include leading client discussions and business development activities, managing M&A and capital raising transaction processes, coordinating deal teams, and participating in deal structuring and negotiations. The VP oversees preparation of valuation materials, financial models, and presentations, and manages due diligence processes with legal, accounting, and transaction counterparties. The role requires communicating Aerospace, Defense and Government market dynamics to clients and internal stakeholders, and working cross-functionally with Macquarie Capital's direct lending, principal investment and other industry sector teams.Qualifications: 6-9 years of experience in investment banking and/or similar corporate finance roles, with M&A experience strongly valued.
