Requirements
  • Spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level and above)
  • 6+ months of experience in configuring, supporting and developing Atlassian products
  • The following qualities: responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, competent oral and written speech, sociability
  • Understanding of development/testing/implementation/support processes

Nice to have
  • Experience of working with Atlassian products will be an advantage
  • Experience related to oral communication with English-speaking customers will be an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Configuration, administration and support of Atlassian products
  • Participation in projects for building systems based on Atlassian products
  • Development of additional functionality for Atlassian products: Script Runner scripts, automations
  • Migration tasks for Atlassian products
  • Customer consultations on the operation of the systems
  • Oral and written communication with foreign customers
