Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sports Broadcast Monitoring Specialist (Contract) in Stamford, CT.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sports Broadcast Monitoring Specialist to support daily media tracking and content capture across live sports events. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate broadcast scheduling and seamless recording of streaming and television content for downstream analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record and capture live sports broadcasts across multiple streaming platforms and networks
* Build and maintain accurate daily/weekly sports broadcast schedules
* Monitor schedule changes (delays, overtime, channel shifts) and adjust recordings accordingly
* Organize, label, and archive media files for easy accessibility
* Validate that prior recordings were successfully captured and resolve any issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3 years of experience in media operations, broadcasting, or related field (entry-level candidates encouraged)
* Familiarity with streaming platforms and screen recording tools
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* General understanding of sports schedules and broadcast distribution preferred
Additional Details:
* Contract role (approx. 3-4 months)
* Onsite requirement with flexible scheduling
* Standard 40-hour work week
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
