Executive Recruiter – Entry Level Business Development FocusPosition Overview

We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial Entry-Level Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, business development, and relationship building, making it ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset who are eager to build a career in executive search and recruiting.

No prior recruiting experience is required. We are looking for driven professionals who are confident communicating with people, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by performance-based success. What You’ll DoBusiness Development & Prospecting
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and business leaders
  • Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and open opportunities

Recruiting & Candidate Engagement
