Accounting Assistant at Shiel Sexton
The Accounting Assistant position with Shiel Sexton is an entry level accounting position which requires proficiency in general accounting, a high level of detail, accuracy, and timeliness with strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in accounts payable and process improvement.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Accurate and timely routing of accounts payables
- Review and reconciliation of vendor statements
- Entry level accounts payable and expense report entry
- General support for project accounting team
- Using independent judgement and discretion to identify problems and making recommendations for solutions
ย Skills/Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in accounts payable
- Experience in ERP Accounting System (Vista Viewpoint preferred)
