Job Description: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely posting and payment of invoices. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in accounting. You will work closely with our accounting team to process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and assist with other tasks.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Match invoices with purchase orders

  • Prepare and perform weekly check runs
