HIRING WITHIN 1-2 MONTHS

Superclean has provided industry-leading cleaning services to our partners in chain retail, restaurant and commercial facilities across the United States and Canada. Our focus on proactive quality control, customer relationships, field management, training, and rapid reaction to problems when they do occur has earned us a strong reputation for reliability in our industry.

We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable person with a high attention to detail, who is a self-starter, and with the ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities include:

· Review, validate, and process vendor invoices

· Communicate with vendors concerning inquiries

· Resolve invoicing and payment issues

· Maintain Vendor accounts

· Assist with other projects as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Two-year degree or equivalent experience preferred

· One to two years minimum work experience in accounting preferred

· Proficient in Excel preferred

· Working knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise (or Quickbooks software) preferred.
